Perfect to me

From the first time I saw him I could tell that there was something very special about him. The way he walks, the way he talks. When I seen him, it was as if time and space no longer existed and everything was completely still as I admired this angel that had descended to me. In that moment I could tell that I was falling in love.
As he reached out his hand to touch mine my heart instantly skipped a beat. I was lost within him as if our souls had intertwined as one.
I have had boyfriends in the past but there has never been a man that has ever made me feel the way that he does. I loved this feeling and I didn’t want to move, I just wanted this moment to last forever.
He looked down into my eyes and smiled and I melted in his embrace.
I had never believed in love at first sight, I had thought that it was only something in the storybooks, but this was like magic.
It’s a spark that we could not deny and even if we ended up going our separate ways today this connection would just bring us back together again.
That was exactly what happened.
We parted ways that night but that spark it never died for a second. He never left my mind. He never left my side, if we were not together physically he was mentally there. In such a dark and scary world, he gave me hope, he had awoken every feeling that once had died within me.
He shown me love.
He shown me something real.
He was nothing Perfect, but he was Perfect to me.

Definition of sexy

For many years the media has displayed certain traits and a typical look of what makes a woman appealing and sexy. These traits have affected how many women all over the world have seen themselves. For example Barbie was designed as a perfect model of a woman; which is the image that is displayed in every child’s head. She was shaped to be something that every little girl looks up to because barbie’s life was perfect. She lives the most luxurious life and this image is implanted in many little girls heads of what their lives should look like and what is necessary to make a person’s life happy.
Barbie is never displayed as poor or average,  she lives the most extravagant life.
Even though many girls who play with her can never relate to her; she still displays this iconic image of women that is tattooed on our brains for life.
There is many young girls who have struggled with self-esteem and have been teased because they dont fall into the category of what is suppose to be sexy but in my books there is no specific look that is sexy. Sexy comes in many shapes, colours and sizes. Everyone in their own way is sexy no matter what they look like. So embrace who you are and think nothing less of yourself. You are great, you are beautiful, you are the definition of sexy!
